I have purchased and bench tested 5. While comparable to average quality used 10 year old Gen2 modules, they are inferior to the best used I have seen by a good measure. They are very "wet" where you can hear the electrolyte sloshing in them - this is indicative of a poorly constructed cell as this is done to compensate for other deficiencies. I have no in-car test data for them, just bench testing.

Personally, given the prices, I would still prefer quality reconditioned modules. China is notorious for denying warranties ("your BCM damaged the module") or requiring you to ship them back at a cost that exceeds the price of a new one.
