I took my car to the carwash after some obstensibly "really cool" kid through blueberries and dressing all over the Prius during lunch, apparently. After it went through the machine, the employees tried to drive it away but recieved a triangle-exclamation error. I hopped in and saw that it said you must Park before turning off the car. I restarted and the error came on again when I went into Drive. It took a few minutes for me to realize it was all because the door was opened. Doh!

Won't do that again.

 

lol...thats funny, i had my car stall on me once (dont know how) and the gas pedal had no response...i was like WHAT THE ____? i thought i was screwed, then i realized the engine was off, so i pulled over and tried to restart...it wouldnt...then i realize...it has to be in park to restart...lol
