You are probably looking at the inverter coolant drain plug, it’s on the bottom of the transaxle PSD.

I just got mine done today at my friend’s shop. I have 40,000km on the odometer. If you don’t mind spending a little more for a fully synthetic fluid, Eneos Import ATF Model T-W is compatible with Toyota ATF-WS. Toyota Fluid is only semi-synthetic.
