2010 NAH 12v battery replacement procedure
I have a 2010 NAH that I believe could use a new 12v battery. Currently there is a Panasonic s65d26r in the trunk. I saw there is a TSB for 07-09 NAH to replace with a gel battery. Does this also apply to the 2010?
Also, what is the procedure to replacing the 12v battery? Does the HV battery have to be cut off or just have the vehicle off? Will having the vehicle off be enough to prevent any error codes from being thrown? Or is there a procedure to clear them after replacing the battery?

Re: 2010 NAH 12v battery replacement procedure
Any 12V that will fit will work. If you have a vent hose, a replacement with one with a vent hose is preferred.
Procedure is disconnect (-) cable, disconnect (+) cable, remove battery, install replacement, connect (+) cable, connect (-) cable.
Once you disconnect the 12V, all diagnostic data is lost. Codes will be cleared, and the car will have to complete X number of drive cycles before it is ready for emissions testing.
