It's actually normal for this to happen .. I would just put a tow hitch on there just in case a dumb idiot driver is following too close.

the hitch square is the first device to get hit anyways screw you California adding the ball changes NOTHING

Actually Check the battery Terminals on for the 12vDC

mine were loose and dirty they were flapping around in the wind (who ever installed it did a bad job)

the 12V had a engine off voltage of 11.9 (which is a fully discharged battery) with a OBD2 reader

DIC was reporting 12-13 with the engine on

after cleaning and making sure they were nice and sung it's reporting 15Volt-DC in the DIC

these Aux transmission pumps relies on the 12Volt battery and NEED high AMPERAGE and high voltage to run correctly 14.9volts 14.5-14.9volts

this is the only way the first and second gear can be primed... and ready

Just have some eye protection and banking soda mixed with water just in case you get battery acid on you...

these are cheap insurance and highly recommended if it shows any signs of acid leakage ..

before loose cables low voltage

Just regular drive and this is with oversize tires works best if you weight shift a bit (these things weigh 6000lbs) but throttle is very responsive and the Nitto Grapplers make a very large bark when rubbed against a pavement surface LOL. I try not to exercise the ole HO too much she has over 229k on her but she still has the "Kick" if you need it or want it.

Retightened and unplugged-replugged the connector for the aux pump module and havent had an issue since. Been 65,000 miles. The connector is under the battery and above the steering box, 4 larger wires, blue, red, yellow and grey.
