We still haven't hear from Courtney. If it's okay with her, let's do Joe's arm at 9:00 am.
Courtney, if you still need a ride, let me know.

Sledge, be careful driving down tomorrow morning. There are forecasts of six inches of California dew in frozen form for areas north of Motown for Saturday am. The City won't be as bad - one to three inches.
Freeways, highways, and main roads are likely to receive the priority clearing attention. Still, if you meet a bad stretch of road or a traffic snarl, we will understand and wait for you (especially since you have the tickets!).

Excellent! My Nokian WR's needed a workout
I've already seen the weather reports. It looks like most of it will fall overnight. If this happens, the roads shouldn't be too bad as road crews will have had a shot at plowing.
Google Maps says it's a 2 hour trip with no traffic problems. I'm planning on leaving about an hour earlier (6 AM).
Of course, if someone wants to let me stay for the night, then it'll be a whole lot easier tomorrow morning

To make it easier to find me, I'll be wearing my FEH hat that they gave away at the FEH Experience, and probably a gray sweatshirt. Dark hair, dark beard, glasses.

Don't have any hybrid outerwear
Blue North Face jacket, black knit hat, blue mirror lens sunglasses.
I just hope I can get through. Check this thread around 7:00AM if possible. If I just can't get there due to the snow, then I'll post again.

I'm surprised, I actually woke up early! Maybe I'm looking forward to this more than I thought. Anyway, it's past 7 am, and no post about not making it. Good.
I'm also rather pleased, the POI in the Nav system has the rooftop parking for Cobo as a destination. Very cool.
I'll wait a few more minutes, and then I'll be off!

Here's some pictures I took. All I did was some minor cropping, color, and gamma correction.
