Socket splitter for home charging?

Default Socket splitter for home charging?
Hey guys. So for the longest time, I've only had a single NEMA 14-50 outlet that I use both for charging my car and a high-powered appliance. I'm contemplating whether to have another one installed or use one of those socket splitters instead. Has anyone of you used socket splitters for charging? Is it safe?

You'd better buy a smart EV wallbox for your car.
