2014 civic hybrid
 

My IMF , battery light ,break light, and check engine light all came on at the same time. When this happened the car charging stopped working for both the 12 volt battery and the hybrid battery. The car engine remains running at a stop light… A check if the codes indicated my 12 volt battery needed changing. I changed the battery and the hybrid battery started charging again and all the lights but the break lights and check engine light turned off. (No more IMF or low 12 volt battery codes) I checked the codes again and get a new code C004A and P004A codes which indicate something with the breaks wearing down and some boost control issues.
I drove the car about 1 city block and poof the IMF and 12 volt battery lights came back on.l and the hybrid battery and 12 volt battery is no longer charging I checked the new 12 volt battery and sure enough it was loosing power.
Does this issue sound familiar? Is this the inverter going bad? Or just need new breaks? Any help will be greatly appreciated additionally info they car has 125000 miles on it and to my knowledge the hybrid battery has never been changed.
