HELP!!! 08 FEH no idea what's wrong at this point
 

Good afternoon, we have a 08 FEH that has not started almost 3 months. It started with the yellow wrench coming on twice and deciding to get a tune up. Went and got an oil change and decided to order the cargo air filter on Friday. By Monday on the way from the store, we exit the parking lot at normal speed, red triangle, yellow wrench and SSN: immediate shutdown. Try to restart, no luck. Towed back from the store, try to jump start with the button, no luck. Got the hookup charger, tried to get it at least charged, not even charging. What could be wrong? What am I doing wrong? Is there anyone in NC that can help? I'm at the end of my wits because right now we have a paperweight instead of a car.

The Yellow wrench indicates you need to do professional grade diagnostics.

Recommend you get Forscan.
